The building
will be situated at Todor Vlaykov street in Liulin district, Sofia. It
will be a seven-storey building consisting of 39 apartments, 14 studios.
At the ground level there will be 7 stores, 8 basements and 8 garages.
On the underground floor of the building there will be 30 basements and
33 garages. The building will have two entrances with two stair cells
and two elevators. The foundation and structure of the building will be
made out of concrete steel reinforcement. All
non-bearing surrounding walls will be made of
brick masonry with an additional thermo-insulation on outer walls. They
will be sealed and covered with a mineral coat. The ground floor's outer
walls will be finished with decoration tiles. The building's windows and
doors will be PVC with 4-chamber frames and double glazing for maximum
thermal and sound insulation. All outer windows will have PVC stools.
The inside doors will be MDF with plain surfaces. The heating and
ventilation system will consist of PVC pipes with aluminum
reinforcement, aluminum radiators along with local (used only by the
apartment or studio) electric water heaters with electronic control
panel regulating the heat level and duration of work. The water and
sewer system will consist of polypropylene pipes with water meters for
both hot and cold water. Each building apartment will be equipped will
outlets for telephone, cable TV and intercom doorbell. The complete high
voltage electrical system will include distribution boxes, electric
panels and double-tariff electrometers. All the apartments will be
handed to the owners as follows: gypsum putty on the walls and cement
putty on the floors. All underground garage cells will be equipped with
remotely controlled sectional roller doors and lights. The building's
common areas will be paved with granite tiles on floors, and all walls and
ceilings will be covered with gypsum putty and latex paint. The
buildings entrance doors will be aluminum. The roof of the building
which is flat according to the project will be hydro-insulated. One of
the stair cells will be connected to the roof allowing access to utility
areas. At the 6th and 7th floor will be situated green terraces
which contribute to the building's beautiful exterior appearance.
The construction should be finished by December, 31-st, 2007. |
